When phone arrived it was obivous that the box had been reasealed. All packing had been opened before so item was previous used. It was trying to give it the benefit of the doubt that even though box had been opened that phone would work fine, but his was not he case. I played around with phone for several days and could not get some of the phone features to work. Also battery life was really poor on this phone, so I shipped back to Amazon for an refund. in addition, for this phone they do not list what comes in the box on Amazon.
