Offering specs similar to its sibling 8150 phone, the i-mate Ultimate 6150 lacks an alpha-numeric keypad but includes the small integrated joystick and has a larger 2.8-inch LCD touchscreen. It features a front-facing VGA camera for making video calls on compatible networks, as well as a 2-megapixel camera on the back with flash that captures both still photos and video. Other features include Wi-Fi networking, wide range of Bluetooth connectivity options, FM radio tuner, MicroSD memory expansion, video outputs for projectors and displays, and up to 4 hours of talk time.

This unlocked cell phone can be used with a GSM network service provider and it provides quad-band connectivity (850/900/1800/1900 MHz). It does not come with a SIM card, and it requires that you provide a SIM card for usage with your selected service provider. This phone comes with a one-year warranty from a third party provider.

The Ultimate 6150 has a large 2.8-inch TFT touchscreen with a VGA resolution (640 x 480 pixels), support for 65K colors, and a backlight that provides a crystal-clear display that's perfect for darkened conference rooms. Navigation is performed via the touchscreen or using the integrated 5-way joystick navigator. The front of the phone also includes send/end keys, soft keys for navigation, and a Windows key. The phone has 256 MB of ROM and 128 MB of RAM internal memory, and it's expandable via MicroSD memory cards (up to 2 GB in size). The phone also includes a secondary VGA camera on the front of the phone for making video calls (compatible network required).

It features a full HTML browser that takes advantage of high-speed wireless data connections for faster, bigger and richer web surfing experience.
