Only one sim card is active. You have to manually switch the sim card which then deactivates the other one, so, of course, you don't know when you receive a phone call or text on the deactivated sim. This should have been stated up-front! It is even more inconvenient than carrying around two cell phones.Amazon shipped the phone with a manual written in Polish. The customer service rep said they could not be held responsible for the phone not being shipped with an English language manual. Sure, he gave me a link to a web site with an English version of the manual, but I am still annoyed.
