If you lose the leather pouch that comes with the phone, get another one immediately or kiss the phone good bye. All of the keys will become desensitized and the courser ball will stop scrolling in certain directions. Reception is bad but that may have more to do with my service provider. The spelling suggestions are horrible. The metalized plastic (chrome) wears down quick and will make the phone look really bad fast. This phone has given me one headache after another.
