The phone came in PERFECT condition, in the original BlackBerry boxing with all of the included accessories. The phone was unlocked, as described, and all I had to do was put in my sim card. It works PERFECTLY on AT&T's network. And as someone previously inquired, yes, it works on bands 1,2,5,6. I'm loving this phone, and I am so glad that I made this purchase. There are no logos on the phone showing where it belonged to another carrier. I'm a very happy customer. After extensive conversations with T-mobile customer rep. and multiple Google searches, it turns out that because the phone is unlocked from "Rogers" it would work best with AT&T rather than T-mobile because of different bandwidths. Needless to say am disappointed about this. |
